Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in any Balance by Baylee services, classes, events, or using our digital content.

By enrolling, participating, or accessing any Balance by Baylee offerings, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Your online membership provides exclusive access to Balance by Baylee’s digital library, including on-demand workouts, programs, and resources.

  • Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login details is strictly prohibited.

  • All content is the intellectual property of Balance by Baylee and Baylee Saltmarsh and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written consent.

  • The subscription platform does not take your personal situation/ experience into account.

PAYMENT & BILLING

Membership fees are automatically debited on a recurring basis (e.g. weekly, monthly, or annually depending on your selected plan).

  • By signing up, you authorise Balance by Baylee to debit your nominated payment method according to your selected membership package.

  • Payments must be up to date to maintain access to the online platform.

  • Balance by Baylee reserves the right to suspend or cancel your membership if payments are overdue.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Online memberships can be cancelled at any time by providing written notice via email to hello@balancebybaylee.com.

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

  • Balance by Baylee memberships, class packs, digital content, and event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Unused classes or content access are not rolled over or credited.

  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or lack of use.

INSTRUCTOR METHODS

During in-person sessions, hands-on adjustments may be used to correct technique and promote safer practice. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this method of instruction and that you engage at your own risk.

PREGNANCY

Pregnant clients are welcome, however:

  • You must provide written medical clearance from your GP, Women’s Health Physiotherapist, or Obstetrician.

  • If you are new to Pilates, private sessions are strongly recommended to learn the required modifications.

  • If you are experiencing pregnancy complications, you may not be permitted to participate.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

Balance by Baylee reserves the right to update class schedules, pricing, instructors, and studio hours at any time without notice.

PERSONAL AGREEMENT

By participating in Balance by Baylee services, you acknowledge that:

  • You take full responsibility for your health and safety.

  • You accept all risks associated with exercise, including the risk of personal injury, property loss, or death.

  • You release Baylee Saltmarsh and Balance by Baylee from any claims or liabilities related to your participation.

  • Balance by Baylee is not responsible for personal belongings during face-to-face sessions.

  • Balance by Baylee is not liable for any technical issues, internet disruptions, or device-related problems that may impact your access to the content.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided through the Balance by Baylee platform, including videos, programs, guides, and resources, remains the intellectual property of Balance by Baylee and Baylee Saltmarsh. You may not share, copy, record, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Balance by Baylee online services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
